Bay Therapy delivers to all of the UK including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands using First Class, Royal Mail.

We are happy to deliver overseas. Please email us before placing your order to determine the additional delivery charge, at support@baytherapy.co.uk

Payment

We use PayPal for our online transactions which gives you a secure method of payment that you can trust. We do not see or collect your credit or debit card details, all of this is handled through PayPal’s secure transaction system.

problems/faulty items

please email us if you have a problem with your purchase so that we can agree the best course of action. Faulty CDs or DVDs will be replaced.
